Here’s my former next door neighbour/homie Zac McKay repping the Australian side of Nike SB. Zac is renowned for picking up multiple girls in a week (or 24 hour period), breaking into my house at 5am to say hi and have a toke, and generally killing it on a skateboard when he feels like it.

This handrail is terrible. It’s high, on a busy street, it needs a wood landing, and you have to get up a curb before you hit it.It sucks. But, on the Gold Coast you sometimes have to work a little harder to skate those non played out spots. Zac McKay gets his gnarly boots on and warms up for the back lip and a few others that I’ll show ya some other time.

I’ve been skateboarding in almost 20 countries, and have never ran into any type of angry bird….these things didn’t stop squawking and doing fly bys the entire 2 hours we were at this spot. Slightly distracting……

So last year Zac got his first full page photo in Thrasher, but didn’t even have a copy of it for himself. Luckily Darkside’s Trent Bonham came through with an extra.
Not bad for a first photo in an US mag… 1 full pager, 2 with Phelps, 2 background props…..
