Joshi Cowan Uptown Waterloo Joshi Cowan in Uptown Waterloo at the new plaza. So far the police and security guards don’t mind if you skate here…cross your fingers . It’s lit, and on friday nights you can hear a cover band across the street doing Michael Jackson covers. Amazing
