Chris Senn, Rio Sul bowl

I met Chris (along with party guy/WCS Judge/comp MC/dagger OG Dave Duncan) at the classic Rio Sul bowl in 2002. I lived right around the corner, so I’d seen tons of people skate there before, but no one touched Senn. He skates a 10 foot pool like it’s a little mini ramp. I’ve never seen anyone get so many lines, and keep so much speed at the same time. Senn is definitely one of those guys that you need to see skate in person to understand why he’s one of the rare skaters to win Thrasher “Skater of the Year”.
